I am dedicated to providing Reiki to my clients as a way of managing stress, promoting the bodies own healing abilities and creating a space where my clients can come and just be.
Holistic Massage
There are so many benefits of massage including stress relief, relief from muscle fatigue & stiffness to name just a few.
I aim to provide the ultimate relaxation space for my clients and to enable them to leave the outside world behind for a short time.
Sports Massage
Sports Massage benefits both Athletes and non Athletes alike. Used on a wide range of injuries such as Tennis Elbow, Frozen shoulder, Quad strain, Runner's knee to name a few.
The techniques I use aim to promote increased range of motion, reduced tension in the muscle and increased flow of nutrients to enable optimal muscle function.
Prenatal Massage
A beautiful relaxing experience for those Yummy Mummies to be!
A chance to come & switch off from those pains & aches that are so familiar with pregnancy. I concentrate the techniques on the upper and lower back, then move down to the legs bringing a wonderfully blissful experience.

"I visited Healing Journey for a holistic massage to treat a pulled muscle and met Nicola for the first time.
Nicola assessed my shoulder area and advised on the best treatment - a mixture of holistic and sports massage techniques,
I was carrying alot of knots in my upper back and shoulders and Nicola worked on these areas, when the treatment was over I felt an immediate relief. Within a few days the pain and soreness from the pulled muscle was gone.
I returned to Healing Journey the following week and participated in the 'guided meditation', I very much enjoyed this time as I felt very relaxed around Nicola, she is very friendly and makes you feel welcome in her space.
